FUDINA Child Rights Protection & Advocacy Fund
To help ensure that the rights of children and adolescents are protected and respected. This fund provides legal support, guidance, and assistance to children and adolescents, as well as their caregivers, in situations that directly affect their well-being and rights.
Every child and adolescent has the right to grow up protected, receive the care they need, and have adults and institutions looking out for their well-being. However, protecting those rights may require guidance, ongoing support, and even legal action that many families do not have the resources to pursue.
The FUDINA Child Rights Protection & Advocacy Fund seeks to provide access to legal guidance and support in situations that directly or indirectly affect the rights of children and adolescents.
This includes supporting parents and caregivers when legal matters relate to the protection and well-being of a child or adolescent, such as child support proceedings, enforcement of parental responsibilities, protection in cases where a child’s rights may be at risk or violated, and other family matters affecting the child or adolescent.
Funds may help cover professional guidance, legal advice and assistance, documentation, administrative procedures, and other necessary actions depending on the circumstances of each case and within the scope of FUDINA’s work.
Because defending children’s rights also means supporting those who work every day to protect them.
